Sunnynook Renovation
A residential ceder clad property built in 1998 with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 parking space. Extending the living space and creating a new kitchen area was a priority

As knockdown and rebuild option is fast becoming more popular due to a shortage of affordable land in residential suburbs. The reason for this is that older existing homes are not able to offer the modern integrated, energy-efficient family spaces that are wanted by individuals or families.
1940s Bungalow Office Conversion
The single level 1940s bungalow located on St Johns Road, Meadowbank had been purchased by one of our associate architects.
We were pleased to have been appointed for the job of transforming this character 3 bedroom home into well-appointed commercial architect’s office.
